HoudahSpot - File tagging solution

HoudahSpot helps you manage your files by assigning tags to them. Tags are non-hierarchical keywords assigned to files, and the organizational purpose of tags is similar to that of folders. However, a crucial difference is that a file may be assigned several tags and be located by any of them, no matter where they are.

HoudahSpot makes managing your files easy:

• Business meeting with Bob: Drop the meeting notes on the "Work" and "Bob" tags in the HoudahSpot Tray.
• Bob came to your party: Drop the invite on the "Leisure" and "Bob" tags in the HoudahSpot Tray.
• All about Bob: Double-click the "Bob" tag in the HoudahSpot Tray.
