Upgrade policy

Houdah Software is proud to have a simple and generous upgrade policy.

HoudahSpot 2.x licenses are valid for the product version available at the time of purchase. They remain valid for all subsequently released 2.x updates.

Furthermore we like to see our customers' investment protected. Thus we will grant free license upgrades for all licenses bought during the 3 months preceding the release of a major upgrade. Thus your 2.x license will extend to 3.x versions should HoudahSpot 3.0 be released within 3 month of your purchase.

HoudahSpot 1.x to 2.0

We have decided to be even more generous that stated in the above policy. All registered HoudahSpot 1.x licenses remain valid for HoudahSpot 2.0
